[gptalk] GPP Item Level Targeting Slow

I have one Group Policy Preference with 10 Drive Maps.
3 Maps are setup to do Item Level Targeting on based on Security Group.
On older XP machines, it seems to slow down login times (@ Applying your
personal settings...) considerably (from <5 seconds normally, 35++
seconds with Targeting).
Newer fresh XP machines do not experience this delay.
Any Ideas? I think I may just create multiple policies using security
filtering.
