Sanjeeb-

It sounds like at least some or all of SYSVOL replication is failing. I
would run gpotool.exe against the DCs in your domain and see what it comes
back with.

Subject: [gptalk] GP issue

Dear Friends,

I have an issue with the Group policy i.e. we had a recent migration from
windows 2000 server to windows 2003 R2.

All my group policy ar working fine, but the issue is with tring to create
or edit,

1. When I try to Create new policy I get this error " You don't have
permissions to performe this operation"

2. When I try to edit, I am able to see all the all this things except the
administrative templates of both the user configuration and Computer
configuration. The message dispalyed in right pane is "Their are no
items to be shown in this view"

I am trying to edit or creat a group policy with an user who is domain
admin, enterprise admin and even a member of Group policy creator owner.

Kindly help me out if any of you have faced the issue earlier.

thanks

Sanjeeb
