Hi Katy,
There would be no issues from a Group Policy point of view. i.e. you wont'
get a hit from actually deploying the settings, but running active desktop
and a screensaver on terminal server sounds like a "Bad" idea.
Of course it may depend on the actual screensaver you are using and how much
spare capacity you have on your terminal server equipment.
You probably need to check it out with the terminal server experts though..

Does anyone here know if doing this will cause performance issues?
The MD wants ALL machines running the same active desktop and screensaver,
desktops, laptops and terminal server users using GPO to roll it out. But
I'm concerned about the performance implications of doing this on a terminal
server?
