You can also do this directly through GP Preferences Internet Settings
policy, without having to hack the registry.

That's a registry setting which you'll either have to do with a script,
custom ADM template, or Group Policy Preference (GPP) Registry policy. You
can also do it through IE Maintenance Policy when "Preference" mode is
turned on but I would stick to one of the first three options I presented if
I were you.
