Linking your GPO to the server OU should be all you need Gary.

Subject: [gptalk] Enable Windows 2003 server firewall

I have a request to enable windows firewall on two 2003 servers.
Currently I have two GPO's, one which disables windows firewall and one
that enables the firewall, but I use these for XP machines. Is it as
simple as linking this same GPO to the OU where these two servers reside
or do I need to create a different GPO for enabling the Server 2003
