[gptalk] DoAdvertiseScript is returning: 1603

Hello,

 

I am assigning a Group Policy Object to users in an OU but when
installing from control panel I get A Fatal Error has occurred with
DoAdvertiseScript is returning: 1603 in the msi.log file.  Any ideas?
The msi works fine running it manually.
