My eyes must still be set for weekend mode because I looked through that
whole section and missed it. I would have missed it again but kept
looking and it "showed up".

This can be set either under Computer or User configuration.
Administrative Templates>Windows Components>Internet Explorer and is
called Turn Off Managing Phishing Filter.  Set to Enabled, then set off
for Select phishing filter mode.

Now that we have updated to I.E. 7.0 I am wondering if there is a
specific GP for Disabling the phishing filter. I don't want to go to
every computer and disable it through the I.E. advanced options.
