[gptalk] Disabling Multi-threaded processing in Excel 2007

Is there a ADM setting in Office 2007 to disable or modify the "Enable
Multi-threaded calculation".  We are running a Terminal server
environment, and I don't mind if a user need to hog some of the server
momentarily, but I don't want that user to use every last drop of
available CPU.
