So are the directions I have below the right way to do this? As for favorites it is a Folder Redirection option under the new admx's. Is this not the proper way to do favorites? However, it is possible to redirect the Favorites folder with some custom registry settings and scripts. Keep in mind if you're already redirecting to %HOMESHARE%%HOMEPATH% you shouldn't need to create a new folder for each user upon redirection.
