[gptalk] Define Roaming Profile with GPO

Can you define the location of a roaming profile with a GPO? We have labs
that we want to have the students get a roaming profile, but only when they
logon to those lab computers. I know it can be done when using RDP, but
can't figure out how to do it when logging in locally.
