No, it should be there. Look under User Config/Administrative
Templates/Microsoft Office Word 2003/Tools | Options/File Locations.
"Documents" should be the setting you're after.

Yes I understand it has to be done for each separate program, however
there is nothing within office 2003.  Office 2007 apparently their is.

I need to know where to set default save locations for office 2003 using
group policy.  I have installed the templates but I do not see a default
save location.
