Yes, that and the lastLogon attribute are what you want to look at. If
you use lastLogon however, you need to query every domain controller
because that attribute is not replicated.

Hello everyone, and I know this is off topic, but I was wondering if
anyone knew of a issue way that I could valid when a computer account
was active or a dead object in AD? I was thinking of quering on the last
time the computer account password was changed.
