[gptalk] Auditing Permissions and file access

This may be off base for this list, if so, please direct me to the appropriate 
list.

 

Auditors are requesting that we track file and directory permissions and report 
who has access to what.

 

Is that possible through Group Policies or does anyone know of a Microsoft or 
third party program that can accomplish this for us??
