Hi Darren.

I've never heard of the Office Profile Wizard so will take a look,
thanks for the pointer.

Hope you had a good holiday!

Andrew

Sorry for the delayed input on this-even the gpoguy goes on vacation
occasionally J

I have had some success in the past using the Office Profile Wizard to
take an Outlook profile that was customized with favorites, and replayed
that on other profiles. The Profile Wizard is part of the Office Reskit
(at least for 2003). It might be worth trying it.

Hi Andrew,

Add them to the public folder favorites, and then from there add it to
the favorite folders.

I'm not sure if it's possible to do this automatically..

Onderwerp: [gptalk] Add Public Folder/Calendar to users Outlook
favourites using Group Policy?

Hi all,

I have a feeling this is going to be a no, but does anyone know of a way
to add public folders (in particular the public calendars) to an Outlook
(2003) users favourites so that they don't have to browse to it via the
Folder List?

I don't mind doing this using a registry tweak or a simple script
deployed via GPO if that is the only way.

Many thanks

Andrew
