RESOLVED - Had to re-deploy the software package since we patched it
with a .msp.

Can you remove the Software Policy GPO or Disable it, and make a new one
and retry? Does the shares that the software located on, have everyone
READ+ Write permissions, and you can get to the share using a normal
user account?

I have a machine that is receiving the event ID's below and are not
installing Office 2003 no matter what we try.  It says that the
installation source is not available but it is available and over 150
other computers can reach it with no problems.  Security is correct and
has not changed in over a year.
