[gpsbug] Sailboat capsizes in James River

WSSC Captains,
I'm sure many of you have seen this but I thought I'd pass it on just in case.
I noticed what seemed like an increased police presence when I was out on the
water Saturday but I don't know that it was related.
Bottom line: 10 people sailing on a Mac 22, at midnight. Boat capsized, one
dead and one missing.
