[gpsbug] Location of Racing Marks

Awhile ago, I said I would send you all the coordinates for course.  So
here goes:
 
Mark "S"  - Pagan River R2 is at 37 deg 00.90 min N, 076 deg 32.50 min W
Mark "A   - James River G5 is at 37 deg 02.40  min N, 076 deg 32.80 min
W
Mark "B" - James River G1 is at 37 deg 00.80 min N, 076 deg 29.90 min W
