[gpsbug] 2/3 race

Well,

That was a fine 2/3 of a race.  Only Rebecca J and Recovery started in light
to moderate breezes which held over the first two legs only to drop out as
we tacked for the Pagen.  After drifting around for an hour on what looked
like a lake, we called it a day and motored home, tied on points (3).

I'm not racing next weekend, but the crew might have Rebecca J out there.
I'm looking for a committee volunteer.  If you can do it, please let me
know.
