Hi: - I Believe the swishes are just an audible way of letting you know that
your gps-braille note is just processing your request and is functioning
properly, so you don't think your unit has frozen which then would require a
reset. All the best. - Kim

Dear List,
, was wondering what do the swishes mean when you are either
calculating a route or searching for a POI. Also when you hear
these swishes, on the Braille display you will get a number
starting from 1, changing every 3 second, and finally stopping at
a particular number. I was wondering what is the purpose of both
the swishes and counting on the Braille display. Is it suppose
to represent the progress, if so how does one know roughly at
what percent they are currently at?
Thanks,
Kevin
