[gps-talkusers] updated Portland transit

We have just updated the TriMet transit stop data. this is contained in the Us
User POI data for version 3.5. We now have over 20,000 points in the collective
transit file for Portland Charlotte and other miscellaneous places.
We have also tested recently data for Madison Wisconsin and expect to release
this bus stop file in August. Thanks to Mike Huckabee for pursuing this data.
