[gps-talkusers] time for User POI compilation

Here we are already at the end of February. Its time to send me any User 
POIs you would like to add to the collective User files.

Please send your User.poi file, found in the POI folder on your CF card. 
Zip it up if you know how or just attach it to an email. If you need to 
clean it up, you can do so under the User POI edit function.
