[gps-talkusers] testing out a potential WayFun location

Hi folks. After two back-to-back trips to DC, I am about to fly off to Bilbao Spain where I will set out for 12 days to walk a portion of the Santiago De Compestelo trail of the Basque region. I will be with my family and some friends. I plan to record replay routes and to post them along with photos and comments.

As some of you will recall, we tried to have a self managed walking tour of the bath country of England last year. Only Bob and Sue Sweetman ended up doing the whole trek and I did a bit of it.

I still think this is a good concept for WayFun and for a vacation. The company we used to organize this is called OneFootAbroad.com based in Dublin. You can look on their site for details on their trips in Spain and elsewhere.

I really look forward to vacation after meeting President Obama and then spending 2 days with over 200 blind high school kids at the NFB Youth Slam. I am completely fired up by all the possibilities of human potential from these two events. It will be good to have some reflective time, some exercise and interesting Basque culture and food. Stay tuned for details that might inspire you to check out this part of the world.
