No, not me, grin, I've only had my unit just a few weeks and still getting used to things. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Sarai" <bucc7465@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <gps-talkusers@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Saturday, July 30, 2005 10:15 PM Subject: [gps-talkusers] Re: storing the Blue Logger extra battery What part of Virginia? Do you have any user created POI's for that state? -----Original Message----- From: gps-talkusers-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:gps-talkusers-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Vicky Collins Sent: Saturday, July 30, 2005 10:10 PM To: gps-talkusers@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [gps-talkusers] storing the Blue Logger extra battery Hi All, In preparation for going to Virginia to visit some friends of mine in a little over a week, I figured I had better remind myself where I put that other Compact Flash card with the rest of the maps, especially seeing as Virginia is on that other card. And, in doing that, I just happen to run across that extra battery for the Blue Logger. Anyway, is there any special way we are supposed to store that battery, so as to not damage it or anything else? Right now, in case I find I need it while on vacation to first Virginia to see my friends, and then to Kentucky to see my family, I have just left it in the little plastic thing in which it came and put it in the plastic bag where I keep the GPS receiver and AC adapter and CF cards. I then put that plastic bag inside another little case that I'll use to carry the PK and its charger and the like along with the GPS items. Oh, another question while we're talking about batteries and chargers for the Blue Logger. What is that little sliding thing on the top of the end of the AC adapter that plugs into the wall?
