[gps-talkusers] starting point

Is there any way to be sure that the Sendero is locked in on your current
starting point For example, normally it should locate my current position. Yet,
when I check nearby POI's it gives the pois from the last route I set. Also, I
would love to walk through a virtual route and when I get to the end of the
route key in a command that takes me back to my original starting point. In
case I'd like to try an alternative route. As it is now when I virtually walk
through a route I have to manually retrace my steps to get back to the
beginning.

then where does the learning start?

Hello Robert,
You need to use the conversion utility to convert your old 4.22
user.poi file to the new user.pdb file format.
This windows PC conversion utility is located when you log into your
account at gosendero.
This utility will also convert old routes to the new format as well.
Thanks
Charles
