Hi Charles thanks so much for getting back with me. I thought perhaps I had done something wrong. I was wondering if that might solve the problem but I wanted to check first. I appreciate all the hard work that must go into the maintaining and devlopment of sendero's gps. I hope everyone had a blessed day.

Hello Malaina,
We have detected a problem with GPS 4.21 when you do a Hard reset
(i.e. JKL or 456).  We are working on the problem and will have a
solution out to fix this issue shortly. A workaround for now

would be to re-install 4.2, until we can fix the problem.
