[gps-talkusers] Re: something is wrong with my gps 4.21 exception code error

Hello Malaina,
We have detected a problem with GPS 4.21 when you do a Hard reset (i.e. JKL or 456). We are working on the problem and will have a solution out to fix this issue shortly. A workaround for now Malaina would be to re-install 4.2, until we can fix the problem.

I am not sure what the problem is my gps 4.21 was working when I installed it late Monday night but since installing keysoft 7.5 build 28 I get and error. I have tried resets and I am at a loss as to what could be wrong. The error is something like exception command and then a lot of numbers. I don't know if I can copy it into the email or not. Does anyone know if tech support will be open or closed? I wish I could be more spasific but I am writing this from my bn. Tommorrow I can get on my laptop and give the correct message I see when trying to start gps.
