Use one of those 303 points to set as your virtual position. Then use the Space C command to see if there is an alternate name for Highway 303.

I tried a few variations such as route, rt ste, & hwy.
If you want to test this on the Washington state map, try looking up Singh's bp fuel or Lowe's home improvement, both located on highway 303. 
Shouldn't highway 303 appear in the data base?
