[gps-talkusers] question concerning financial assistance for braille note and gps

Hi. I'm wondering if any o fyou can provide me with  information
concerning grants and financial assistance for braille note and gps
package? I spoke with my vocational rehabilitation counselor and he
keeps saying tat he doesn't have enough funds in his budget  to assist
me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
