Alex
I have found that it is sometimes necessary to keep creating or
recalculating a route until you are too far off the original route for the
Sendero program to tell you to turn around. It eventually clicks!

Subject: [gps-talkusers] orce new route?
Hi again,
I forgot that I have a second question. On the way down to Mass,
my bn wanted me to go a certain way. We were already on a
different road, though, and I wanted to know how to get to the
Base from where we were, since we were not about to turn around.
How, basically, can I say to my gps: "I don't care what you think
the route should bee; we're going along this road and not turning
back, so tell me how to get there from here, not your primary
choice." Ideas? I know there was a way since we never did turn
around. I hope this made sense; for the last eleven days I have
gotten six hours of sleep, sometimes, usually less, plus a lot of
work in a lot of humidity, while wearing the old-style camouflage
uniform, sleeves unrolled; therefore, if this email sounds odd,
sorry.
Have a great day,
Alex
