Hi All,
Is there a way to turn off the continue straight and warning off
route messages? For, when I turn off all sounds, I still hear
these messages. And, although this is just fine when I'm using a
pedestrian route, I don't know if I want to hear them when I'm in
a cab or on the city bus, or in the car with family members for
that matter.
Truthfully, I most often use the GPS to tell me where I am, as
well as to get cab drivers and others in the vicinity of where I
need to be. And, having those sounds go off at quiet times
during my trips tends to kind of discourage me from creating a
route and actually trying to follow it. Then, too, most folks
I've ridden with so far just want to know about where to go,
maybe what's in the area, and then go from there. Or, maybe it
is just the way I approach the creating a route issue that causes
this.
