[gps-talkusers] once more about User POI files

Sorry folks but we came across one more detail that kept the new Us User POI 
file from working properly. The word user in the filename has to be all lower 
case or a search in the user category won't find anything. You can either 
download the zip file again with the corrected file name or you can simply 
rename the file on your BrailleNote with lower case user. Remember when typing 
in file names on the BrailleNote not to type the extension. The BrailleNote 
remembers the extension. So, if the filename is 350us_user.bpi
type it in without the .bpi
