Your log in for Sendero Maps is the same as the device you're using. The 
ID  for an Apex is the last six digits of your serial number. For an 
mPower or PK it's the whole serial number and for a Hims Sense note 
taker it's the MAC address of your note taker. If you can't remember 
your password go to www.gosendero.com and put in your ID and click on 
the link "forgot password" and it will send an email to the address on 
record.
