Hello, Mike,
It is a bit hard to remain neutral and dis-interested in something that is 
robbing the dollars right out of your pocket.  Congratulations for achieving 
neutrality.  Ostritches do the same thing, you know.  They stick their heads 
in the sand and hope their pursuers won't be able to see them.  In a case 
like this, you are either working hard to solve the problem or you are part 
of that problem.  Is this really off-topic?  I don't think so.  This affects 
the amount of money your potential customers have in their pockets.  If they 
don't have the money, they can't very well buy your products, now, can they? 
  That's the way I see it.
