Hello Listers,
I have gotten several recent emails imploring us to cut the clutter
on this list. I have had to email offenders off list and sometimes
comment on the list about inappropriate or rude messages. Let me
state the guidelines one more time before we have to resort to a
moderated list. This would mean that messages would have to be
approved by the moderator before being posted. We would rather not do
this but we would also like to keep people from unsubscribing. Thank
you in advance for your patience and adherence to the following guidelines:
1. Post messages relating to wayfinding in general or GPS in particular.
2. Never criticize or poke fun at another lister or comments posted.
3. There is no need to post messages like, "Thanks, I agree, and
other acknowledgements on messages. List communication is not like
private emails where it is necessary to acknowledge the sender in
this way. Add content not clutter please.
4. If an email pertains only to you, it may be more appropriate to
email Sendero off list before trying the group.
Note: If you wish to email individuals, look for their email address
either in the header of the list message or at the bottom of their
email below their signature.
Sincerely,
Mike May
