[gps-talkusers] keyboard lock

I'm using the PK, although that might not make a difference in this case.
But, what is the purpose of the keyboard lock?  Oh, I know it locks the
keyboard; but, are you supposed to be able to perform or, maybe more likely,
hear any GPS commands while it is locked?  Although I saw this keystroke in
the command list, I didn't see any mention of it in the manual.
