Zach,
There is no way to uplink to a satellite with a satellite receiver. A
receiver doesn't transmit.
Second, the GPS satellites aren't internet-relay birds. So, there is no way
to do what you want.
Third, there are internet satellite services, but the one's I'm aware of
require fixed location.
If you want mobile access, probably the easiest way is to tie your BrailleNote
to a cellphone equipped with a data card that will work on your cellular data
network.
