Hi,
Remember to do a 1 2 3 reset if you're using a bt or s d f reset if
you're using a qt. Not sure of the key combination for the proper
reset on the pk, but it should be in the readme file and would be
the same reset as you used when you originally installed version 4.

I successfully installed version 4.0.
When I try to install the 4.0 patch, I am getting a message saying
that it cannot install the patch because the gps.pll file is being
used by another process.
