Hello Mohammed,
What you are asking for is a huge project in itself. You need to do
some research yourself first and if you have any specifics on GPS
relating to the blind I will be more than happy to answer directed
questions. Just Google "How does GPS work" and you will get
thousands of hits and I am sure you can get a great understanding of
the system. As for how to implement GPS again I would first Google
this and then when you have specific questions I can see what I can
do but this news group is users sharing experiences on how they use
their GPS system, discussing new GPS receivers and how they can
benefit the end users. This is not a news group on the low-level
implementation of GPS, there are courses in college on that subject,
and probably other news groups as well.
Mohammed do a little digging around on the Internet and if you have
some directed questions you can email me and I will try to point you
in the right direction.
Thanks
Charles.
