[gps-talkusers] hich side of the street?

Mike, when we do the chord c and get which side of the street are
the even and odd numbers, is that based on the direction we're
traveling? If we turned around and did the chord c, would it say
the even and odd numbers were on the opposite sides of the street
from the first time when we were heading in the opposite
direction? I've never tried this, so am curious.
