[gps-talkusers] Re: help in uninstalling atlas speak under Windows XP Home Edition.

I tried to uninstall the program and it won't let me do it. I even tried
running the install program from the CD and it won't let me do it. It says
the following message:

16-bit MS-DOS subsystem dialogue
c:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt
The system file is not suitable for running MS-dos and other Microsoft
applications. Choose close or ignore to terminate program.

It worked before I did the Windows XP update back in June of this year.

I am dreading having to reinstall Windows from scratch as a last resort.

Any answers anyone?

Any possible suggestions?

Subject: [gps-talkusers] help in uninstalling atlas speak under Windows XP
Home Edition.

Hi everyone,
Sorry to bother everyone. I am trying to solve a problem with a couple of
conflicting problems with Windows between Open Book, Duxbury, and Atlas
Speak. Everytime I run one of these programs, I would get a message
regarding system 32 error message saying that MS-DOS or other 16-bit
applications is not compatible. How do I uninstall Atlas Speak from Windows
XP Home? There were no icons on the desktop or in the start menu anywhere
for me to uninstall this program.
