[gps-talkusers] heads up Europe and UK GPS users

FYI.
If you have downloaded 3.5 user POI files for the UK and Europe, please 
download them again and replace your old POI files with the newly renamed 
files. This only pertains to the User POI files, not the commercial ones.

Alternatively, rename the files you have by inserting the word "user", without 
the quotes, in lower case, into the filename. In an effort to speed up searches 
of points in the user category, the 3.5 software sorts through only files with 
the word user in the name so all the commercial POI files don't have to be 
searched. I inadvertently neglected this when naming the 3.5 user files for 
Europe and the UK.
