Hello, Karen,
The subject is definitely NOT off-topic because it affects everyone who has
a BN or whatever. Without that SMA, the user is going to be hit with some
really big expenses somewhere down the road, expenses he should not have to
be concerned with. The decision to refuse SMA support is wrong and is most
likely the decision of a single individual and not written up in legal
policy. After a bit of thought, I think no one would dare to put that in
writing, especially since at least one other state allows support. Hooray
for North Carolina, better than California in so many ways!
