Hi,
Although my journeys with version 6 have been dry ones, and quite hot out here in the San Fernando Valley with temps in the triple digits, I might add, version 6 has worked really well for me so far. The new address lookup is really slick, and, with the new map data, I'm getting better, more sensible routes, too.
The only negative comment that I might add is that, when I do a poi search, it keeps stopping in increments of less than a mile and keeps asking me if I want to expand the search. Perhaps if the ending distance was still in there and I said, for example, that I wanted to look for such-and-such a poi between a 1 and 5 mile radius, it looks up everything within those parameters and shows me the list when the search is complete and THEN asks me if I want to continue, I would find poi searches to be a bit easier. Perhaps I'm missing something and am not doing it right. Still learning...
Even with that comment, I have to say that version V6 is great. Kudos to Charles and the rest of the Sendero crew for a job well done.
