[gps-talkusers] got the blue logger going, thanks mike and others

Hi all,

Thanks to Mike Maye and others for their helpful information to get the blue 
logger going.  I was able to find the documentation on the flash card, should 
have looked harder in the first place I guess but that's the way things go.  
Need to test the receiver now under actual conditions which I will do in the 
next couple days.

Looks like a great little unit.
