Well, Kevin, as an inexperienced user, but keen, with various limitations -
not sure if I can manage the five, or if I completely understand your
question but I'd go for
1) Select (look up) an address and use this as a destination, POI or set
as a virtual position;
2) Find a Point of Interest (already in the database) to use;
3) Create a manual waypoint within a route;
4) Use lat/lon settings (though I don't really know how to do this one)
I can't think of a fifth and may have misunderstood your question.
