I don't have the 236, so I can't compare.  I didn't turn the receiver off 
and on again to acquire a new fix, but I will give that a try.
The messages I received concerning the distance to the sidewalk or the 
intersection were way off.  And, yes, I am using 4.0.  I do like the idea of 
acquiring a new fix, as that seems to make sense somehow.
