I'd also like to bring up Mobile Geo. If you're already using a Phone with mobile speak you can add Mobile Geo to this device and have your phone, gps and small note taker in a very small package. I use the PPC-6800 from Sprint (they call it the Mogul) and have superior results. Cost of ownership is very low, sub $400 with a new activation including screen reader and you interoperate with all the sited devices cleanly as it is one.;) Mobile Geo is in beta right now so I don't know your time frame but you'll be seeing a release any time now I'm guessing. Mobile Geo also uses Sendero core components so you'll be able to share user points of interest and share in other functions that the Sendero users on this list have available. Worth considering, especially when you take the price point of the host device in to consideration.

Hi. Another option is getting a Voice Sense with SenseNav. The Voice Sense is very small and has a Braille input keyboard. You would still carry around a separate Bluetooth receiver which you can strap to your shoulder or carry on you hanging from your front pocket.
