[gps-talkusers] error msg

Hi all,

I just had my unit returned to me from Humanware, and it loads the
maps just fine.  But it says it can not load the poi files.  I don't
understand.  I've checked their location, and they're all there, but
it says it cannot open the files.  Help!!
