Hi,
I learned the hard way to not have your braillenote on the same side
of you that your Cain is in.
I was walking down the street one day.  the Cain got cought in a
sidewalk crack and then slammed into  the braillenote braking off 2
keys.
>From that day forward my Braillenote is always on the opposite side of
the hand my Cain is in.
