Okay, Charles, I tried to attach the user poi file but couldn't from my Mpower. . The name of the place is the No Name Bar and it is on Bridg Way in Sausalito which is definitely a navigable road, unless of course, you've had too much to drink while you were at the No Name! I did set a commercial Poi as my destination which was near The No Name and it created a vehicle route successfully. I was riding in a car on the way to the place when trying to create this route. Hi Jim,
Yes please send Sendero your user.pdb file and the name of the 
POI

which is causing the problem.  Chances are that the POI is near a
road which is not navigable and so when you try to create a route 
to

it, it finds that road and says that no route can be created
there. Either that or the road is only navigable by pedestrians 
and

you are trying to create a vehicle route to it.
